As good a walk as I have done in NZ. Beautiful day and fabulous views up and down the pass and across the whole of the national park at the top. Weather due to turn tomorrow but I'll see how it is when I get up. Will stay another day if I can walk again, move on towards Karamea if not.
First picture is looking east along Arthurs Pass and the second west, both from about half way up Avalanche Peak.
