Left Wanaka for Queenstown and took what is described ad the scenic route. Well there's scenic and scenic I suppose. Had a problem with the car the last couple of days so popped down to the airport when I got here where the hire firm have a depot to get it fixed. Spent a little time in Queenstown itself pm. Needed another haircut for a start! Beautiful setting. Like Wanaka, set on a lakeside and surrounded by mountains. Which means there must be some decent walks. Will hopefully find a good one for tomorrow.
