Left Colville this morning following a very, very stormy night! Carried on until about 9.00 am this morning and then just died, although he temperature has really struggled today. Drove through another part of the northern Coromandel to a place called Little Bay and on to Kennedy Bay, before driving up to Takatea Lookout. Incredible views. Dropped back into Coromandel Town from there for coffee and cake before driving the coast road down to Thames. Very lovely, and the cake! Will do a walk called The Pinnacles tomorrow and probably stay in Thames again tomorrow night.
